Thays Rodrigues Cardoso
Thays joined Fi3 in November of 2020 as Administrative Coordinator. She helped the company on administrative tasks and operations support. In October of 2021 Thays was promoted to Wealth Advisor where she assists the firm’s lead advisors on financial planning and investments strategies. In her new role, Thays supports the culture of excellent client service and personalization that Fi3 is committed to fostering for the firm's community.
Thays has a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from Tennessee Wesleyan University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Indianapolis. Thays is currently studying for her CFP® Certification.
Thays is originally from Brazil and came to the United States on a tennis scholarship. She was a student-athlete at Tennessee Wesleyan and continued her career as a tennis graduate assistant at University of Indianapolis. Aside from tennis, Thays enjoys experiencing different restaurants with her husband, Cory, on their secret restaurant tour and spending time with their one-year-old son, Benny, and yellow lab Romeo.
