Noah Bannister, CPA

Noah joined Fi3 in the summer of 2026 and supports the firm's Lead Advisors in developing comprehensive financial planning strategies for clients. He is passionate about understanding every aspect of the client relationship and believes true service extends far beyond the conversations that take place in the meeting room.

Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Noah is constantly seeking new ways to connect with clients, understand their goals, and strengthen lasting relationships. For Noah, financial planning is not simply about business transactions. It is about building meaningful relationships that can have a lasting impact on the lives of those involved.

Noah attended Ball State University and earned a degree in Accounting from the Miller College of Business, with additional concentrations in Forensic Accounting and Economics. He later earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

Prior to joining Fi3, Noah began his career in public accounting, specializing in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax strategy while also gaining experience in bookkeeping and assurance services. He was introduced to Fi3 while working as the CPA for several mutual clients and collaborating with members of the advisory team.

Through those interactions, Noah witnessed Fi3's commitment to serving clients in a truly comprehensive and personalized manner. The firm's philosophy aligned closely with his own professional goals and passion for helping clients on a deeper level. Noah leverages his tax expertise to bring an added layer of insight and thoughtfulness to the financial planning process.

Noah lives on the northeast side of Indianapolis with his wife, Emily, and their two cats, Dahlia and Clove. Outside of work, he enjoys attending car shows and has a deep appreciation for all things automotive. He also enjoys reading and hiking.
