Mike VonDielingen

Mike joined the Fi3 team in June 2025 as an implementation Specialist. Mike plays a key role in the Operations Team, supporting a seamless client experience while working closely with advisors and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions with efficiency and care.

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Mike brings a broad perspective and a versatile skill set to his role. Prior to joining Fi3 Advisors, he worked at a local wealth management firm and has held positions in both the mortgage and life insurance industries. This diverse background provides him with a deep understanding of client needs across various financial sectors.

Mike is recognized for his exceptional communication skills, which facilitate effective collaboration between clients and internal stakeholders. He builds trust through responsiveness, clarity, and follow-through.

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his kids, attending concerts, watching sports, reading, and trying new restaurants. He’s always looking to learn more and gain new perspectives - both professionally and personally.
