Kirstyn Simon, CFP®
Kirstyn joined Fi3 in September 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience advising high-net-worth clients and a deep passion for enhancing the client experience through innovation. She began her career at JPMorgan Private Bank in Indianapolis, where she spent eight years guiding families and individuals through complex financial decisions, helping them grow their wealth with intention and purpose.
In 2023, Kirstyn transitioned into the fintech space, joining a startup focused on leveraging artificial intelligence to improve financial advice and planning. This experience strengthened her appreciation for the intersection of technology and human insight, and how the right tools can empower both advisors and clients to make more impactful decisions.
Kirstyn is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business, where she earned a degree in Finance. She obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation in 2019, underscoring her commitment to delivering thoughtful and comprehensive guidance across estate, investment, retirement, and risk planning.
Outside of Fi3, Kirstyn enjoys traveling with her husband, cheering on the Colts, Hoosiers, and Chicago Cubs, and spending time outdoors exploring parks and trails with their two children, Beckett and Emery, and their golden retriever, Nala. In the summer, you’ll often find them on the lake in Michigan. Kirstyn is also an avid baker and loves to unwind with a good book.
