Al Alessia

Al joined the Fi3 team in the spring of 2023 and assists the firm’s lead advisors with financial planning and strategies. Al believes that financial planning is not just about numbers and investments, but about helping clients achieve their dreams and aspirations. He is passionate about developing close relationships with clients and helping them navigate through life’s financial challenges. Al understands that everyone’s financial situation is unique, and he takes a holistic approach to financial planning to ensure that each client’s individual goals and objectives are met. He believes that by providing personalized service and attention to detail, he can help clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

Al grew up in Crown Point, Indiana, and attended Hanover College, where he earned a degree in communication in 2019. While at Hanover, he was part of the Business Program and played lacrosse for the college’s team. Al continues to be involved in the Indianapolis lacrosse community.

Before joining Fi3, Al began his career with the Spectrum Financial Group, where he specialized in tax-efficient asset management for small business owners. He takes a family-focused approach to his work, listening carefully to client’s needs and tailoring his advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

In his free time, Al enjoys networking with professional colleagues, attending community events, and socializing with friends.
