Courtney Oldham
Courtney Oldham joined the Fi3 team in February 2023 as a Client Service Specialist. She has 15 years of experience in customer service management. Courtney enjoys solving problems and enhancing the clients experience. She is a self-proclaimed Client Support Guru!
Courtney joines the Fi3 team from the mortgage industry where she held the Director of Client Services position. While there, she created systems and tools for clients to utilize along with designing and implementing a new client-facing website. She loves taking on new projects that will positively influence her clients' experience. Courtney graduated from Indiana University with Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology.
Courtney resides in Indianapolis with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys traveling anywhere warm, camping, cheering for the IU Hoosiers, and watching her kids play sports.
